Crude Update
Crude is currently up 0.55% to 113.15. Crude was flat when the energy markets opened, and rallied in the first half hour of trading. Crude met resistance between Friday’s high of 115.20 and the 9-day moving average of 115.61. Support will be down at yesterday’s close of 113.77 and the intraday low of 113.19.
Some energy companies have been evacuating workers from the Gulf of Mexico due to Tropical Storm Fay, but no production disruptions are expected.
