Metals Update

Metals continue to trade lower across the board after falling to session lows following the higher than expected June PCE Price Index data. Gold, down 0.5% to 912.90, fell as low as 906.90 following the PCE report, before bounced off its 200-Day moving average at 906.65. Silver is trading near session lows, down 1.2% to 17.315.

Copper, down 3.25% to 346.25, is trading at its lowest level since March 24th after Stockpiles monitored at the LME grew to largest levels since the end of February. Platinum, down 4.15% to 1587, is trading at its lowest level since the end of January.
