US Average Weekly Retail Gasoline Demand Down 5.5% From Prior Week –SpendingPulse
Mastercard’s SpendingPulse says weekly retail gas demand was down 5.5% from the same week a year ago. Retail gas demand is down 1.7% year to date.
The 4wk average for retail gasoline demand totaled 9.191mln BPD, down 6.3% from the same period a year ago.
Average retail gas prices were up 8 cents to $3.84/gallon.
